Jessie Conquers The Mountain

A great hike up this steep-ass mountain in our neighborhood. Jessie, 5 and a half trudging along like a true boss! Amazing little trooper, when asked whether we should turn back (…it’s a truly abrupt climb, over boulders, strewn rocks and pitfalls…) replies “Daddy, we can’t give up!” A real bonding experience to say the least! The photos don’t do this climb justice; the view up top is pretty darn amazing too. Good times!
